No one will ever fully live up to your expectations. You are not here to replicate someone else’s success. You’re here to create your own version of a fulfilled, aligned life.

You can draw inspiration from anyone, anywhere - but if your idea of inspiration is mimicry, that usually stems from a lack of self-worth. You haven’t yet realized that only you hold the unique codes to your most expansive, abundant self.

Following someone else’s path step by step, no matter how “inspiring” they may be, won’t guarantee their results - or your fulfillment.

Instead, see everyone as human. Equal. Flawed. Divine. No one is here to be your template. You’re not here to mimic - you’re here to weave. To take what resonates and build it into your own one-of-a-kind tapestry.

There’s no god-human-elite-pure-being out there to save you with their personal guidebook.

Honestly? A millionaire could take inspiration from a homeless man and multiply their millions. That may sound wild, but take Demna Gvasalia, creative director of Balenciaga. For years, there were reports of him photographing a homeless man in Paris whose rugged, layered street look inspired multiple collections. Those looks eventually made their way onto runways and sold for thousands - generating major revenue for the brand.

Did Demna want to become that man? No. Did he follow his “life strategy”? Of course not. But he saw something. He took the inspiration - not the identity.

(This isn’t necessarily a morally clean example - but it’s a sharp one.)

So if something lights you up - take it. If it resonates with your soul, that’s enough. Stop trying to figure out whether the source is your “end goal.”

Because spoiler alert: your idols will always fall short of your projection. They’re not meant to carry your dream for you.
